Willow Tree® - We are Three

We are Three is one of several new figurines added to the Willow Tree collection for 2014.  Hand carved by artist Susan Lordi, as is every original piece in the collection, the figurine expresses the overwhelming sentiment of joy and love in becoming a parent for the first time.

 

The sculpture features a young couple cherishing their new born child, and celebrates their transformation from a pair of lovers to a family of three. Susan adds, ‘Bringing a new baby home redefines a couple. We are Three represents the incredible feelings of belonging and love for this new little person.’

 

Willow Tree figurines are expressive art forms that communicate and convey emotions without the need for words, and can reach across boundaries to bring people closer together. Other launches for 2014 include Christmas hanging ornaments and figurines for Mother’s Day.
