Princess Merida joins Disney Traditions

In Disney Traditions, award winning artist, Jim Shore, combines much loved characters from Disney films with American folk art inspired patterns and bold colours, in a style that is unique and instantly recognisable.
The latest additions to this range draw inspiration from across a wide selection of magical Disney classics. There’s a wonderful piece celebrating Mickey & Minnie Mouse’s 85th Anniversary; an exciting new range of 12 Mickey Mouse figurines — one for each month of the year — and each includes the birthstone for each month too; plus plenty of new Disney Princesses to delight, including the two featured here:
Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Disney's The Little Mermaid, Jim Shore has created a stunning sculpture featuring Ariel, Flounder and Sabastian, entitled Dreaming Under the Sea. Meanwhile A Brave Princess (Merida) exemplifies what it means to be a Disney Princess through being brave, passionate and confident — inner qualities that have inspired mums and daughters around the world.
