Just in time for the festive season, the award-winning creator of Heartwood Creek®, Jim Shore has unveiled a brand-new collection harking back to timeless Christmastime traditions.

Reminiscent of the acclaimed artist’s earlier work, items within the Folklore collection are rustic in both charm and appeal. Using very traditional and simple designs — with a wonderfully rich colour palette of yuletide reds and greens — the cracked wood and hand-carved effects bring each design beautifully to life. Each piece within the collection is not only a figurine, rather they are a three-dimensional work of art — all hand-painted with exquisite detail and design.

A must for any gift store this Christmas season; items within the collection include Folklore Santa with Heart, which sees Father Christmas standing tall at 28.0cm. The figurine features a floral design of poinsettias on the base, with the arms of Santa clutching a red heart in front of his chest.

Also within the collection, Folklore Santa with Tree, features Father Christmas standing  21.5cm tall next to a traditional Christmas tree — decked with blue and red adornments —  while holding the gold star aloft, ready to place atop of the tree.
