Life on the Farm inspires Kitchy & Co’s collection of homeware

Kitchy & Co’s home décor collection of figurines, trivets, chopping boards, mugs and coasters is inspired by the witty and colourful photographs taken ‘down on the farm’ by Anthea Kitching, and the launch collection is now available from Border Fine Arts Studio.

Anthea, a self-taught photographer and digital editor, specialises in creating captivating picture stories where animals are the stars. Growing up with farm animals and still working with them day in, day out, has given Anthea inside knowledge not just of their muddy habitats but their personalities! It’s the magic and humour of animals that she’s passionate about sharing in her photographs.

Animals are like family to Anthea and her enthusiasm for the rich and varied life on a farm shines through in studies such as the figurine ‘Beware of the Bull’ and the chopping board depicting ‘Ewe Take The Right’. Spotting humour in every situation, the fun and cheerful Kitchy & Co home décor collection reflects Anthea’s direct and down to earth art style.
