Willow Tree: A Timeless Emblem of Connection

One of our most cherished chapters began in 2000, when the beloved Willow Tree line became part of the Enesco family. This year marks a special anniversary for us — a time to reflect on Willow Tree’s lasting impact on our brand and in the hearts of collectors worldwide. Willow Tree has grown into an evergreen favourite, offering a diverse array of figurines and keepsakes that continue to inspire and celebrate human connections.

A Journey Back to 2000: The Birth of Willow Tree

In 2000, artist Susan Lordi introduced us to the enchanting world of Willow Tree. Her intricately crafted figurines, renowned for their simplicity and emotional depth, swiftly captivated a global audience. These handcrafted pieces have since become integral to Enesco — symbolising love, closeness, healing, courage, hope, and the myriad emotions that define our lives.

Fun Fact: Did you know?

Susan Lordi personally hand-carves each original Willow Tree piece in her Kansas City studio before they are meticulously reproduced for production. Moreover, every figurine is painstakingly painted by hand, ensuring each one is unique — a testament to their artisanal craftsmanship.

Our community forms the bedrock of our brand, and we sincerely appreciate your ongoing trust and support. Thank you for being an essential part of our journey and celebrations. Here’s to honouring our past, embracing the present, and eagerly anticipating the future!

Warm regards,
The Enesco Family
