Christine McCall

Christine joined Enesco in 1990 when she became Lilliput Lane Sales Ledger Administrator.
Thirty-three years later, she is Customer Operations director, looking after our Customer Service, Operations and Sourcing teams, as well as working closely with IT. She believes ‘every day is a school day’ and is aware there is room to improve our service levels, systems and processes every day. Christine and her team provide support to our customers and sales team and manage and adapt to the ever-changing world of retail and technology.
Outside of Enesco, Christine walks daily with her labradoodle — Harley — taking in the Lake District and Northumberland Coast during the weekend or holidays.
She also likes cooking, travelling, socialising and the never-ending project of doing up and maintaining an Edwardian property that she lives in alongside her partner Ken in Carlisle.
